Annunciation, as a whole, is very involved in the local food pantry, The Bread Basket. The church supports this local ministry by taking monthly donations of food, diapers, and financial gifts. The members of Annunciation are very involved in several community projects on an individual basis including, Habitat for Humanity, Christmas gifts for children in foster care, Cocke County Leadership Program, Keep Cocke County Beautiful, and more.

The Church also makes the parish hall available to several community groups including Weight Watchers, Celebrate Life (cancer support group), and Girl Scouts.
